By purchasing from or using Vertex Autonomy (vertexautonomy.io), you agree to these terms. Vertex Autonomy LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company.

Products: All products sold by Vertex Autonomy are digital goods delivered via Gumroad. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our content as your own.

Use of AI: Our products are created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. The workflows, prompts, and frameworks provided are intended as starting points — results will vary based on your business, industry, and implementation.

No guarantees: Vertex Autonomy does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, follower counts, or business results. All case studies and projections are illustrative only.

Privacy Policy

We collect minimal data and do not sell your information to third parties.

What we collect:

Email address (when you subscribe or purchase)
Purchase information (processed by Gumroad — we receive name, email, product purchased)
Basic analytics (page visits via Vercel — anonymized)

How we use it: To deliver your purchase, send product updates, and (with your consent) send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Third parties: Gumroad processes all payments. Mailchimp manages our email list. Neither service sells your data. Review their respective privacy policies for full details.

Cookies: We use minimal session cookies for basic site functionality. No tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds on PDF guides, workflow templates, or any downloadable digital content.

Why no refunds: Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." Once you have access to the files, the product has been delivered.

Exception: If you were charged in error, received the wrong product, or experienced a technical failure that prevented delivery — email us at vertexautonomy@gmail.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
